Ehsan (ace-on) Hosseini

Owner & Lead Remodeler - Portland, Oregon

Hi, I'm Ehsan, the owner and lead remodeler at Ehsan's Interior Remodeling (E.I.R.), a small, locally owned remodeling company serving the Portland, Oregon area.

How I Got Started

My journey into remodeling began while I was attending Portland State University. During the day, I worked for a remodeling contractor, gaining hands-on experience and learning the trade alongside skilled craftspeople. In the evenings, I attended classes while working toward my degree in Business.

Balancing work and school wasn't always easy, but it taught me the value of hard work, responsibility, and perseverance. It also gave me the opportunity to develop my skills, learn how remodeling projects come together, and discover how much I enjoyed working with my hands and solving problems.

After graduating, I decided to combine my remodeling experience with what I'd learned in business school. In 2016, I started Ehsan's Interior Remodeling LLC with a simple goal: to provide quality craftsmanship, honest service, and a more personal remodeling experience for homeowners.

Personally Involved in Every Project

Today, I work alongside a small, dedicated team helping homeowners improve their living spaces.

One of the things I value most about running a small business is being directly involved in the work. When you hire E.I.R., you're working with me, not just someone who shows up for the estimate and disappears once the project begins.

I'm involved from the initial conversation through the finishing details, working alongside my team, answering questions, and making sure each project receives the care and attention it deserves.

Being a small company allows us to stay connected with our customers, communicate directly, and take pride in the details that make a difference.

My Approach to Remodeling

I believe good remodeling is about more than how a finished space looks. It's also about the experience you have throughout the process.

When you invite us into your home, you're placing your trust in us, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I believe in listening carefully, communicating honestly, showing up when expected, and treating every home with respect. I also believe in keeping the work area as clean and organized as possible and addressing questions or concerns along the way.

Every home and every project is different. Whether we're updating a bathroom, remodeling a kitchen, installing flooring, or renovating an entire living space, I take the time to understand what matters most to each homeowner and find practical solutions that fit their needs.

My goal is to make the remodeling process as straightforward and comfortable as possible while delivering work I'm proud to stand behind.

Built on Quality and Trust

Over the years, I've learned that building a successful remodeling business isn't just about completing projects. It's about earning people's trust and building relationships that last.

I'm especially grateful for the customers who have invited us back for additional projects or recommended us to friends and family. Those relationships mean a lot to me because they reflect not only the quality of our work but also the experience people have working with us.

We're a small company, and I see that as one of our strengths. It allows us to remain hands-on, pay attention to the details, and give each project the personal care it deserves.

I don't believe a company has to be big to do great work. What matters is doing things right, treating people fairly, and taking responsibility for the work you do.

My philosophy is simple: Do good work, treat people right, and stand behind what you build.

Let's Talk About Your Project

If you're thinking about remodeling your home, I'd be happy to meet with you, listen to your ideas, and discuss how we can help.

Whether you have a clear vision or are still exploring your options, I believe every successful project starts with a good conversation.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and Ehsan's Interior Remodeling. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
